The UP2030 Service Platform was launched in November 2025. At this early stage, we would be grateful to receive your feedback so that we can continue to develop the platform and improve its features, with the aim of providing a better user experience. 

This questionnaire contains 10 questions, all of which are optional. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on your experience of using the platform.
